Scope of Services

Simenson Notary Services provides in‑person notarization, Remote Online Notarization (RON) when permitted, document witnessing, and related administrative services. We may decline services when documents are incomplete, fraudulent, or outside the scope of Montana notarial law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide valid identification (identification cannot be expired for more than 3 years), ensure documents are complete, confirm they understand the document they are signing, and not request unlawful or deceptive notarizations.

No Legal Advice

Simenson Notary Services does not provide legal advice. Notaries verify identity and willingness, not the legality or content of documents.

Liability

We are not liable for errors in documents prepared by clients, misuse of notarized documents, or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
